- Account information — If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive information provided by that provider (such as name, email address, and a unique account identifier) to create and manage your game account.
- Guest play — You may play as a guest without linking a social account. We may assign a temporary identifier to save progress on our servers.
- Gameplay and progress data — Level progress, scores, achievements, in-game settings (for example music and notification preferences), and similar gameplay data needed to operate the game and sync your progress.
- Purchase information — If you buy in-app products, transactions are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We receive information needed to validate purchases and deliver virtual items (such as product identifiers and transaction status). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Device and technical data — Device type, operating system version, app version, language, and similar technical data used for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
- Analytics data — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the App is used (for example screens viewed, gameplay events, and session information). Analytics is configured with non-personalized ads settings where supported.
- Support communications — If you contact us (for example via in-app contact or email), we collect the information you choose to provide.
2. Advertising ID (Android)
On Android, the App may include third-party libraries that declare access to the Google Advertising ID. We do not show third-party advertising in the App. Any Advertising ID access by included libraries is limited to purposes such as analytics or fraud prevention, as declared in Google Play Console. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
3. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and game features;
- Authenticate users and sync game progress across devices;
- Process and support in-app purchases;
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Analyze usage trends to improve player experience;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App;
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar regions, we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement), and your consent where required (for example optional features).
5. Third-party services
The App uses services provided by third parties, including:
- Google — Sign-In and, on Android, related Play services libraries;
- Apple — Sign in with Apple (iOS);
- Google Play / Apple App Store — In-app billing and purchase validation;
- Google Analytics — Usage analytics (Google Privacy Policy);
- Our game servers — Hosted infrastructure used to run online features (for example account and level data at services operated for Gap Dash).
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data sharing
We may share information:
- With service providers who help us operate the App (under contractual confidentiality);
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process;
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, us, or others;

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
